Withdrawal Policy

NEW STUDENTS

    • If the student is withdrawn of does not join before the start of the academic year i.e.01st April,Registration and Admission Fee shall be forfeited in favour of the school and balance will be refunded. Joining kit fee shall be refunded proportionately depending upon the services/items availed.
    • If the student joins the school and is withdraw before 30th April, as per day fees for the duration of their stay and three month extra fee shall be charged/forfeited in the favour of the school and balance will be refunded. Registration fee, Admission fee and Joining kit fee will nott be refunded in this case.
    • If the student is withdrawn after 30th April, (irrespective of their date of joining, i.e. before or after 30th April), whole year fee shall be charged/forfeited in favour of the school.
    • The withdrawal form in the prescribed format (available on the school website/admission office/admission booklet) should be filled only by the parent and be submitted to the Admission office only. The receiving date at the school of original copy of duly filled and signed withdrawal form ,will be treated as final date of withdrawal . No verbal/telephonic/E-mail intimation will be entertained.
    • The decision of the Principal in this respect is not open to question.

EXISTING STUDENTS

    • Before withdrawing it is mandatory to give as long notice as possible with a minimum 3 months in writing (only on the prescribed format available on the school website/admission office/admission booklet) prior to the end of the academic year i.e. latest by 31st December.
    •  If the withdrawal notice is given after 31st December, three month fees (of the following academic year) shall be charged extra.
    •  In case of withdrawal any time after the commencement of the academic year i.e. 1st April, the fees for full year shall be charged/forfeited in favour of the school.
    • School Leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearance of dues and payment of amount(s) in favour of the school.
    • The withdrawal form in the prescribed formate (available on the school website/admission office/admission booklet) should be filled only by the parent and be submitted to the office only.The receiving date at school of original copy of duly filled and signed withdrawal form, will be treated as final date of withdrawal. No verbal/telephonic/e-mail intimation will be entertained.
    • The decision of the Principal in this respect is not open to question.

SECURITY REFUND POLICY

    • Security deposit is refundable without any interest, on demand, once the student finally leaves the school.
    • Any arrears in the account of the student will be adjusted from the security deposit.
    •  Security deposit is non transferable /non adjustable to siblings account or any other student account.
    •  Security deposit will be refunded only after the completion of the annual audit i.e. after 31st October.
    • No mid year application will be entertained for security refund under any circumstances.

DISMISSAL

A Child may be removed from the school on any of the following grounds:
  • Misbehavior inside the school premises.
  • Absence from the class for more than the permitted days allowed by the authority.
  • Failure in a class for two consecutive years.
  •  Any indisciplinary action in the school or with any other student.
  •  Non-payment of school fee for two consecutive installments.

LEAVE

A student cannot avail leave for more than two days in a month and 22 days in a year. No leave other than medical leave in sanctioned during exams, provided a medical certificate from a medical authority is submitted. A student must have 75% of the total attendance in the class , otherwise her/his promotion may be withheld.

Examination And Promotion

EVALUATION

The main objective of evatuation at school level is to help the learner to improve their achievement in academic and co-carrcular activity and to develop healthy attitude to wards life and develop life and develop life skills and values.Continous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) refers to system of school based evaluation of school that cover all the aspects of growth and developments based on day to day activities. In order to improve the teaching-learning process, there will be formative and summative assessment.

  • 1. Periodic Test :- PT1, PT2 & PT3
  • 2. Notebook:- NB1 & NB2
  • 3. Subject Enrichment: SE1 & SE2
  • 4. Half Yearly
  • 5. Annual Exam

PT 1 :April to July

PT 2 :August to November

    PT 3 :December to Marchy

For class I to Class VIII Term 1 and Term 2 will have the following weightage
Term1: PT1(10)+NB1(5)+SE1(5)+ Half Yearly (80) Total:100

      Term2: PT2(10)+NB2(5)+SE2(5)+ Annual Exam (80) Total:100

For class IX           Term1: PT1(10)+NB1(5)+SE1(5)+ Half Yearly (80) Total:100

ABSENCE AND LATE COMING

Latecomers shall only be allowed to attend the classes with permission of the Principal. Any child absenting from the school shall have to give a written application , stating the reason of leave. The leave should also be mentioned in the school almance and should be signed by the Parents or Guardians.

Failure to do so may result in the child being sent back home. In case of absence for two consecutive days, a leave application must be submitted to the Principal . Absence for 5 Consecutive days or 7 days in a Month without any prior permission is liable to action of the Scholar’s Name to be struck off the School Rolls.

All the students are expected to attend their classes on the closing and also the opening day of each vacation. Those Children who fail to do so or those who not return whithin three days of the re-opening of the school after each vacation are liaable to be automatically removed from the school . Re-admission possible only if there is a vacancy of seat by a payment of Rs. 1000/- which is the Re-admission fee of the school , A student should have at least a minimum of 75% class attendance per term.

  • White with half sleves,(Sleeveless vest should always be worn under the shirt.).

Summer-Girls

  • White Shirt.
  • Grey divider skirt(knee length).

  • Bottle Grey ribbons/hair bands(no fancy clips or jewellery is allowed).
  • Grey school belt.
  • White spoerts shoes (for PT/Games period only).

Winter-Boys

  • Grey Blazer(Single brested).
  •  White shirt with full-sleeve.
  •  Grey regular trousers.
  • Plain black school shoes with laces.
  •  Grey school tie.
  • Grey school belt.
  • White sports shoes(for PT/Games period only).

Winter-Girls

  • Grey Blazer (Sinle brested).
  • White shirt with full-sleeve.
  • Grey skirt (knee length).
  • Plain black school shoes.
  • Grey stocking with yellow stripes.
  •  Grey school tie.
  • Grey school belt.
  • White spoerts shoes (for PT/Games period only).
